In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean SkilledUp Life Ltd, and "you" means anyone who accesses or uses this website.

02What this site is — and what it is not

This is our marketing website. It exists to explain what SkilledUp Life does, who it is for, and how to get started. It is purely informational.

The actual SkilledUp Life service — the two-sided marketplace where tech startups post Opportunities and Volunteers apply — lives on our separate platform at app.skilledup.life. Registering an account, subscribing, posting or applying for Opportunities, and entering Volunteer Agreements are all governed by the separate platform terms presented to you when you sign up there, not by this page.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract of employment, a job, or a promise of paid work. SkilledUp Life Opportunities are voluntary by design.

03Using the website

You may use this website for your own lawful, personal or business purposes — to read about SkilledUp Life and decide whether to join the platform. In return, you agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or any applicable regulation;
• copy, scrape, harvest, crawl or systematically download content or data from the site, or attempt to do so by automated means, without our explicit written permission;
